Lord Aunt Doris!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is been extremely difficult knowing that you are now with the Lord. You have always said, "When the Lord get ready for me, I am going home with him" THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR LOVING US, CARING FOR US, PRAYING FOR US, AND BEING OUR SECOND MOM!
We love you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!! The Green Family
I can't believe it will almost be a year since the Lord has called you from labor to reward! I too will never forget "my boo" as I so often called her! lol The last conversation we had was the Monday before everything transpired 2 days later...I was over visiting with Aunt Annie Mae because she was soon goin back home and I wanted to see her. So glad I did because little did I know that would be my last time seeing Aunt Dot alive. We laughed and talked and as she always did, SHE HIT ME over the head....lol Kinda hard to believe because she was so short lol but I was sitting. I miss her oh so very much and it still doesnt seem real till this day. One thing I'll never forget is not her smile, or her voice or even the sound of her fussing at children lmbo, but i'll never ever forget her PRAISE! Talk about a PRAISER? I am grateful to God for placing me in a family that Causes ATMOSPHERES to change because of PRAISE. She danced so that Saturday night at the banquet as if she knew that was her last time! I could go on and on about her, but I know, one day when the Lord shall crack the sky, I'll look overr on my way up seeing Aunt Dot DANCING BEFORE THE LORD!!!!!!

I'm so glad to have known Willie the few years I did. I was just 6 years old when he passed but I do remember him.
All of the music he wrote, produced, arranged....People are singing our churches today across America. Groups he sang in, formed, directed often acknowledge him in my presence and thnk God for his teachings and credit their success to him and I smile because little do they know, they are talking about MY COUSIN!!!!
I just wish he was still here for several reasons...... I know if he were, The SINGING RANDOLPHS WOULD BE ON THE MAP!!!! Recording and On the Road....But thats still possible and will happen...."DANTE, AARON and JESSE" Yes.
I honor Willie for the legacy in our family and Gospel Music that he left here with us, that still rings strong today.
